He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Ernie Jaggers and Emma Eloise Jaggers. He is survived by: his wife Debra Jaggers; his son Josh Jaggers; his brother David Jaggers; his sister-in-law Phyllis Jaggers; his sister Susan Mitchell; and his sister-in-law Judy Hunt (Doug Hunt). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
