He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton C. Fox and Virginia Hope Surratt Fox. He is survived by: his wife Rachel McPherson Fox; his sister Anita Fox Frazier (Doug); and his children, Tracy Furr (Steve), Tom Fox (Debbie), Tenley McAbee (Russ) and Cliff Fox (Heather).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Rich & Thompson Funeral & Cremation Service (306 Glenwood Ave, Burlington, NC 27215). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
