It is with sadness that the passing of William Clifton Overman (Burlington, North Carolina) is shared. William, born on May 18, 1944, passed away on September 24, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Clifton and Gladys Taylor Overman; and his sons, Barry, Todd and Randy.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy T. Overman; and his children, Angie Solomon, Chris, Lee and Tim Overman. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rich & Thompson Funeral Home (306 Glenwood Ave, Burlington, NC 27215). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Alamance Memorial Park (4039 S Church St, Burlington, NC 27215).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association in William's memory.
