He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac "June" Holt II and Edna Wood Holt; and his wife Lillie Mae "Nanny" Guthrie Holt. He is survived by: his children, Willie Craven Holt (Dawn), Billy June Holt (Angie) and Kathy Holt Murray (Richard); his grandchildren, B. J. Holt (Whitney), Brittany Holt Hutchens (Bradley), Courtney Holt Bender (Justin) and Justin Holt; his great grandchildren, Kinley Mae Holt, Ava Lee Holt, Caison June Holt and Bralynn Abigail Hutchens; his siblings, Dinah H. Shoffner (Mike), Ike Holt, III (Diane) and Chesley Holt (Wendy); his cousin Wade Kimball; his friend A. L. Mann; his caregivers, Emmy and Solomon Jepkemei; Sabrina.
