She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Winters and Glera Allen Winters; her husband JD Young; and her siblings, Irma Burnett, Bobby, Royce, Paul, Frank, Earl and Guy Winters.

She is survived by: her children, Kim Young of Arbuckle and Greg Young of Arbuckle; her grandchildren, Daniel Stevens, Emily Young, Brandi Young Phillips (Dillon) and Kaitlyn Beck (Reid); her great grandchildren, Emma Phillips and Jayden Stevens; her stepgreat-grandson Aiden Phillips; her brother David Winters (Donna) of Newdale; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Winters of Crabtree, Carol Winters of Hurricane, WV, Sammie Smith of Hickory, Ethel Young of Arbuckle and Shirley Young of Arbuckle.
