He is survived by: his wife Helen Silvers McCurry; his sons, Kenneth of Spruce Pine and Keith (Amy) of Newdale; his grandchildren, Sydney, Ezra of Newdale and Hope of Burnsville; and his sisters, Senia Fox, Vada Woody (Phillip) of Green Mountain, Rita Dale (Danny) of Newdale and Ginger Shepherd (David) of Burnsville.
