He was predeceased by: his parents, John Burdette Autrey and Carrie Aletha Riddle Autrey; his sister Deborah Autrey; his mother-in-law Ethel Robinson; his brother-in-law Eljay Hollifield; and his close friend Robert Ogle.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Gail Hollifield Autrey; his son Johnny Autrey (Felicia) of Pensacola; his granddaughter Ava Rose Silvers; his sister Linda Frazier; his brother-in-law Ben Hollifield of Washington; and his close friend Jessie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Eddie McMahan Cemetery (100 Crushing Rd, Burnsville, NC 28714).
