She is survived by: her husband Charles Briggs; her children, Rebecca Shoupe (Joe) of Spruce Pine and Michael Briggs (Angie) of Micaville; her grandsons, Caleb Shoupe (Mattie) and Noah Shoupe (Valerie); her great grandchild Everly Shoupe; and her siblings, Joyce Ledford of Fairview, Charles Ledford (Carolyn) of Inman, SC, Clyde Ledford (Sandy) of Inman, SC and Brooks Ledford (Barbara) of Concord.
