He is survived by: his wife Frances Rathburn; his daughter Regina Rathburn; his grandchildren, Brittany Rathburn and Dillon Laws (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Weston Laws and Riley Laws of Burnsville; his sister Joyce Briggs (Mike) of Burnsville; Keith Blankenship. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
