He was predeceased by: his parents, Mosley Ezzelle and Ollie English Ezzelle; his wife Sandra; and his siblings, Carol Clack and Patrick Ezzelle.

He is survived by: his children, Jeff Ezzelle of Oak Island, NC and Linda Daniels (Dan) of Dayton, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Claire and Adam Daniels.
