He is survived by: his mother Genevieve Phillips; his son Lucas Jupper Phillips; his grandchildren, Kelly R. Phillips, Brandi Phillips, Lucas Elijah Phillips, Ashton Blake Phillips, Cuylan John Dellinger, Cambria R. Dellinger, Jessi Cole Clark, Tennyson Phillips, Lliam Phillips, Remmi Phillips and Cari Phillips; and his siblings, Sonya Russell of Marion, Pat Black (Gene) of Shelby and Cash Phillips of Burnsville. He is also survived by three nieces, three nephews, and several great-nieces and nephews.
