He is survived by: his daughter Missy Bullard (Mike); his grandchildren, Camden, Ryker and Hawkins; his friend Harriet Vess McGinnis of Mars Hill; his pet Levi; and his friend Ricky Woody. He is also survived by his parents, daughter, and grandchildren.
