In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Kimberly leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Kimberly may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Alvin and Lucille Blankenship. She is survived by: her parents, Frank James and Maxine Blankenship Scott of Pensacola; her husband Joe Williams of Green Mountain; her sons, Kaleb Tipton (Madisson) of Bakersville and Kannon Williams of Green Mountain; her granddaughter Harper Tipton; and her pet Milly.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Yancey Funeral Services (378 Charlie Brown Rd, Burnsville, NC 28714). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
