She is survived by: her parents, Frank James and Maxine Blankenship Scott of Pensacola; her husband Joe Williams of Green Mountain; her sons, Kaleb Tipton (Madisson) of Bakersville and Kannon Williams of Green Mountain; her granddaughter Harper Tipton; and her pet Milly.
