We are sad to announce that, on January 30, 2024, at the age of 88, Max Ray (Burnsville, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Brant Ray and Cora Edge Ray; and his brothers, Maurice and Bobby (Ray). He is survived by: his wife Jeri Ray; his children, Jo McMahan (Marvin), Donna Huskins (Darryl) and Alan Ray (Wanda); his grandsons, Ryan McMahan, Dylan McMahan and Cole Huskins (Bailey); his great grandchildren, Everett Huskins and Harlyn Huskins; and his brother Alfred Ray. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and many friends.
