She is survived by: her husband Howard Hart; her children, Jeff Cushman (Andrea) and Lori Nicole; her sisters, Linda Sue and Kimberly; and her grandchildren, Hannah, Sarah Cushman and Jack Lex. She is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
