C., Kaycee Peterson (Josh) of Burnsville and Robert "Bear" Young of Burnsville; his great grandchildren, Abigail, Hallie Peterson, Harper and Luke McKinney; and his siblings, Melba Taylor of Marion, N. C., Richard Young (Joan) of Franklin, N. C., Rebecca Sharpe (Pete) of Marion, N. C., Steve Young (Carolyn) of Marion, N. C., Rachel Geouge (Wade) of Mocksville, N. C. and Amelia Jane Smith (Larry) of Maiden, N. C.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
