She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Daniel Ford and Frances Lee McBee Ford; her husband Daniel Junior Roland; her daughters, Anna Roland and Katheryn Roland; and her brothers, Richmond McMahan, Jr. and Carson McMahan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy McMahan (Kenneth) of Burnsville and Anita Metcalf (Paul) of Bakersville; her grandchildren, Anthony Pack, Jonathan Pack, Violet Smith and Rebecca Metcalf (Brian Shepherd); and her brothers, Donald McMahan (Carol) of Bybee and John Pearson McMahan (Linda) of Florida. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, several extended family members and dear friends.
