She is survived by: her husband Joseph Parker; her children, Sherry Peek (Brian) of Weaverville, NC, Kathy Mackey (Dewain) of Unicoi, TN and Joseph Parker (Stephanie) of Mars Hill, NC; her grandchildren, Christopher Mackey, Bethany Daigle (Jordan), Zachary Peek (Megan), Burgin Mackey, Keeley Peek and Christian Parker; and her great grandchildren, Lorrie Daigle, Anse Daigle and Elena Peek.
