We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2023, at the age of 81, Chris Tiller DeBause of Butner, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar DeBause and Fannie Wilkerson DeBause; and his sisters, Dorothy DeBause Martin and Velma DeBause Rollings. He is survived by: his children, Scott and Gwendolyn DeBause of Lenoir, NC; his sister Pearlie DeBause Bullock of Randalman, NC; and his grandsons, Christopher Wayne Sexton (Shanda) of Lenoir and Nicholas Kyle Browning of Lenoir.
