She is survived by: her husband Fred Collins; her children, Alison Kingrey and John Kingrey (Makena); her stepchildren, Erick Collins (Rachel) and Heather Collins (Eric); and her grandchildren, Bella, Abbie, Mia, Bree, Danielle, Brennen, Brogan, Brody, Braelyn, Natalie, Eli, Isla, Ruthie and Ori.
