He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Garner and Mary Laws Garner; and his son Tommy Elbert Garner, III. He is survived by: his siblings, Ronnie Garner, Beverly Jean Crowder, Dorothy Clayton (Vance) and Mary "Lady" Beverly (Dwight); and his close friend Donna Garner.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bible Baptist Church (2047 Gate 2 Rd, Creedmoor, NC 27522). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
