He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Smith (Jodie) of Calabash, NC and Crystal Gail Smith of Calabash, NC; his sisters, Bobbie Hewett and Ruby Jean Hewett; and his grandchildren, Bella Lossen, Emma Lossen, Aubree Huff and Charlotte Huff.
