She is survived by: her siblings, Julie Kosa McKenna (Edward), Mark Kosa (Kathy) and Richard Kosa; her nieces, Katie Kosa McKenna, Jennifer, Emily and Elizabeth Kosa; her nephew Patrick Garcia-McKenna (Angelica); and her great-nieces, Charlotte, Francesca and Avery.
