It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Smith of Calabash, North Carolina, who passed away on March 10, 2026, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Smith and Esther Ward Smith; and her husband Dennis M. Little. She is survived by: her children, Ashley Little (Stephanie) and Heather Little; her grandsons, David Little (Destiny) and Callan Little; her siblings, Carol Fry, David Smith (Betty) and Ricky Smith; and her sister-in-law Dorena Hewett (Donnie). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Calabash Covenant Presbyterian Church, 8820 Old Georgetown Rd SW, Sunset Beach, NC 28468.
