He is survived by: his wife Tamara Black O'Neil of Calabash; his children, Thomas Richard "Tommy" O'Neil (Kelly) of Virginia and Kimberly Lynn Basham of South Carolina; his siblings, Kevin Patrick O'Neil (Gail) of Connecticut, Nora Frances Boothroyd of Connecticut and Kathleen Mary O'Neil of Connecticut; and his grandchildren, Scott Pierce, Brittany Miller (David) and Lilly O'Neil. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
