He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Earl Brickhouse and Muriel Payne Brickhouse. He is survived by: his wife Carrie Twine Brickhouse; his children, Rebecca Dawn Trueblood and David Earl Brickhouse, Jr.; his sister Barbara Clay (Bruce); and his grandchildren, T. J., Justin, Allen and Dawson. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
