He is survived by: his wife Lori Harrell Worthington; his son James Frederick "Jake" Worthington (Kaleigh Bell); his mother Rickie Jackson Worthington; his sister Sonya Worthington; his nephews, Owen and Jackson Games; and his mother-in-law Anne Bright Harrell.
