In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Benjamin leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Benjamin may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He is survived by: his parents, Monte Ross Vanburen and Patricia Ann Vanburen; his wife Elizabeth Ashley Vanburen; his sons, Kazimierz Blake Vanburen, Savage Christopher Vanburen and Trindon Patrick Vanburen; and his siblings, Monte Ross Vanburen II, Matthew Vanburen and Katherine Marie Minard. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.

I remember being at Philmont with Ben and Kaz and the discussions he and I had there and at summer camp.
