He was predeceased by: his father Michael Donald Carlyle. He is survived by: his mother Aline Ayers Carlyle; his wife Jessica Worrell Carlyle; his sister Jessica Carlyle Perdue (Doug, Jr.); his sister-in-law Amy Furmage (Kris); his nephew Julian Perdue; his nieces, Kayla House and Katelyn Coe; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Debbie Worrell.
