Claude Patterson Obituary
We announce the death of Claude Patterson of Cameron, North Carolina, who passed away on June 16, 2026, at the age of 84. Claude will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dock Milton and Sarah Dinkins Patterson; and his brother Leon Patterson. He is survived by: his wife Alice McNeill Patterson; his children, Tammy Sykes (Sam) of Gibsonville, NC and Rev. Kenneth Patterson (Sharon) of Sanford; his siblings, Gracie Ellis, Sylvia Simpson (Steve) and Rev. Dennis Patterson (Sue); his grandchildren, Daniel Sykes (Samantha), Kristin Lorenz (Zach), Ryan Patterson (Eve) and Chad Patterson; and his great grandchildren, Elijah Lorenz, Zayn Lorenz, River Sykes, Ava Patterson and Ana Patterson.
