Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint David leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Lawrence Burns and Bonnie Mae Shaw Burns; and his son Eric Howard Burns (Sherlyn Ashworth). He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Burns of Wadsworth, Ohio, George Burns of Morgantown and Bonnie Burns of Cameron; his daughter-in-law Rhonda Ashworth; his granddaughter Braelyn; his niece Melissa Boliaris (Daniel IV) of Fayetteville; and his great-niece Aubrianna Boliaris.
