David Nelson Roberts Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Nelson Roberts of Cameron, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 22, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard Roberts, Jr. and Margaret Jean Davis Roberts; his stepson Thomas Allan Walters; and his sister Jenny Roberts. He is survived by: his wife Linda Fipps Roberts of Cameron; his stepdaughter Christy Scarboro (Tommy) of West End; his siblings, Robbie Roberts, III (Diane Martin Roberts) of Cameron, Barbara Roberts Coe of Cameron, Sandra Roberts Abernathy (Ray) of Catawba County and Judy Lynn Roberts of Sanford; and his grandchildren, Gracie and Jonathan Scarboro. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bethesda Cemetery (1006 Bethesda Rd, Aberdeen, NC 28315).
