He is survived by: his wife Bessie Mae Brewington; and his children, Amanda Brewington, Anthony Haze Brewington (Sheila) of Cameron, Derreck Brewington (Tammy) of Cameron and Elder Steven Brewington (Felicia) of Greensboro. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
