It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earline Collins Cole of Cameron, North Carolina, who passed away on March 6, 2026, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Collins and Celia Peele Collins; her husband Robert Cole; her daughters, Joan and Heather Cole; her siblings, Pauline Collins, Kathy Lewis, Albert and Robert Collins; and her grandson Jeremiah McDermott.

She is survived by: her daughter Wendy Coltrane of Asheboro; her siblings, David Collins (Cheryl) of Cameron and Jean Worrell (Hugh) of Broadway; and her grandchildren, Crystal Wiker (Billy), Justin Jameson, Jim McDermott (Connie) and Jodi Parsons (Isaac). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, and four nieces and one nephew.
