He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey James Whitlow Sr. and Mary Alice Clack Whitlow; and his siblings, Geneva Roach and Harvey J. Whitlow Jr. Mr. He is survived by: his wife Katsuko Ishihara Whitlow; his children, Kim Whitlow of Fl and Paul Whitlow of Fl; his sister Nancy Mottley of Farmville, VA; and his sister-in-law Rachel Whitlow of Sanford.
