He is survived by: his mother Elaine Medlin Hardy; his children, Ashlyn Hardy of Cameron, Dixie Hardy of Virginia and Ace Hardy of Virginia; his brothers, Reuben Hardy of Cameron, Ken Hardy (Kim) of Carthage and Ray Hardy of Cameron; and his sister-in-law Melissa Hardy of Carthage. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
