He is survived by : his wife Vickie Collins Mills; his sons, Jackie Allen Mills, Jr. (Sherry) of Jackson Springs, Bobby Ryan Mills (Amber) of Cameron and Daniel Arnold Mills (Annie) of Southern Pines; his grandchildren, Jarrett (Keelyn), Angel, Kaylin, Hailey, Danielle, Bobby Ryan, Amanda, Daniel, Jr., Luann and Emma; his great grandchild Aniston Faith; and his sisters, Annie Ruth Briggs of Vass, Patricia Westmoreland (Darrell) of Surfside and Jessie Mills Maddox of Sanford.
