He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Anderson Blackburn of Cameron, NC, William Ray Blackburn (Amanda) of Cameron, NC and Paul Edward Blackburn of Broadway, NC; his siblings, Susan Blackburn Varner, Wilma Blackburn Bunnell and Charles G. Blackburn, Sr. (Linda); his grandchildren, Jason (Shannon), Whitney, Hollie, Justin (Lauren), Jordan (Sarah Loving), Carson and Logan; his great grandchildren, Triton, Alaina, Brynlee, Harper, Aiden and Barrett; and his sister-in-law Ernestine Blackburn.
