He is survived by: his uncle David Shumake; his sisters, Sharon Bibey of Vass, NC, Angela Garner (David) of Texas, Joy Lee of Pfafftown, NC, Chris "Christy" King (Michael) of LeGrange, NC and Missy Oxendine (Ed) of Fayetteville, NC; and his aunts and uncles, Joyce Shumake (David) of Cameron, NC, Faye Arrigale of Kentucky, Evey Cantrell (Farley) of Kentucky, Sherry Ramer of Texas, Darlene Godby of Ohio, Jimmy Wilson (Patsy) of Greensboro, NC, Don Godby and TJ Timmy Godby of Indiana.
