She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Harrison and Exie Evans Wood; her husband Frank Whitt; her sons, Richard Lynn Whitt and Ronald Franklin Whitt; and her siblings, Millie Elizabeth Wood and Charles Wood.
She is survived by: her son Michael Gene Whitt of Cameron; her sister Mary Wood Gilmore of Sanford; her granddaughters, Jane Wilcox, Rhonda Kangas (Brian) and Teresa Hearn (James); and her great grandchildren, Wesley Andrew Whitt, Lauren Wilcox and Rebecca Kangas.
