He is survived by: his significant other Janet Cockman Salmon; his children, Michelle Thorman (Paul) and Michael Salmon (Jamie); his grandchildren, Tyler Thorman, Tristan Thorman (Anuhea), Hunter Salmon (Maggie), Holden Salmon (Trinity), Preston Salmon, Landon Salmon, Dylan Banks, Ashtyn Graveen (Brett) and Abby McCarthy; his great grandchildren, Mallie Salmon and Lainey Thorman; his siblings, Ruth Ann Thomas (Bob), Lou Faye Gilbert, Patricia Collins (Tommy), Curtis Salmon (Annette), Buster Ingram (Sherry), Pam Cavnar (Mike) and Judy Salmon; and his friends, Ashley McCarthy (John), Billy Clark, Doug "Butcher-Man" Rainey (Pam), J. W. Raynor and Arthur Green. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
