She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennie Penland and Robbie Penland; her husband William W. Bartlett; and her son Stephen D. Brinkley. She is survived by: her cousin Gail Blankenship; her children, Lisa Meehan (Steve) and Stacey Godfrey (Jeff); her daughter-in-law Sherri (Stephen D. Brinkley); her grandchildren, Michael Wellborn, Corey Brinkley (Marly), Elisha Hyde (Eddie) and Conner Brinkley (Alice); and her brother Richard Penland. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nephews, cousins, stepchildren, and step grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park (1 Chapel of Faith Dr, Candler, NC 28715). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
