She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smith and Jennie-Belle Turner Smith; her husband Jackie Queen; and her sister Kathy Ann Jones. She is survived by: her children, Hubert Queen (Mia), Jackie Queen (Debra), Mike Queen (Jessica) and Michelle Evrett (Jerry); and her sisters, Ella Cole (Lonnie), Wanda Smith, Debbie Pitts and Mary Burrell. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandson; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Townson - Smith Chapel. A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Townson-Smith Chapel (160 5 Point Rd, Robbinsville, NC 28771).
