He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Cogburn and Lucille Gambrell Cogburn. He is survived by: his children, Deneen Cogburn-Caprio and Bruce R. Cogburn (Jeannine); his grandchildren, David Cogburn, Joshua Cogburn, Michael Cogburn (Kimberly), Matthew Caprio and Mikayla Caprio; and his great grandchildren, Jacob Cogburn and Mason Cogburn.
