Charles leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Charles’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Charles will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert William and Ninabelle Ellen Van Sickle. He is survived by: his daughters, Page Van Sickle and Ruth Van Sickle; his grandchildren, Devin, Sophie and Helen; his sister Janet; and his sons-in-law, Eric and Bendik (Mitzi).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Episcopal Church (433 Bone Camp Rd, Marshall, NC 28753).
