She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Ford and Frances Ford; her husband James "Jim" Robert Kuykendall; and her son David Kuykendall. She is survived by: her daughters, Sheree Baker and Jan Cundiff (Marty). She is also survived by six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
