She was predeceased by : her father William Garfield; her granddaughter Amy Capps Jones; and her great grandchild Kasey Shoemaker. She is survived by : her children, Clinton Ramsey (Margie), Denny Ramsey (Debbie), Verna Blackwell (Bobby) and Donald Ramsey (Kathy); and her brother Paul Fuller.
