He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Richard and Alida Horak; and his brother Tim. He is survived by : his wife Ellen Horak (Abby) of Candler; his son Michael (Lisa Weinerman Horak) of Asheville; his grandchildren, Joseph (Leslie Geisenberg Horak) of Santa Rosa, Molly, Isabel, Quinn and Andrew; and his brothers, Rick Horak of Washington and Tom Horak of Washington.
