He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Fox and Mary Fox. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Fox; his daughter Amanda Fox; his son-in-law Daniel Benson of Columbia, MO; and his sibling's children, Julie Fox of Greenville, SC, Kim Fox of Cumberland, MD and Rick Fox of Lave, MD..
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Asheville North Seventh Day Adventist Church (364 Broadway St, Asheville, NC 28801).
