She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Louis Clark; her parents, Albert Koval and Anna Koval; and her brother Al Koval. She is survived by: her children, Carol C. Hensley (David), Bonnie E. Clark, Mary Jane Altizer (Mike) and Thomas Andrew Clark; her grandchildren, A. Hunter Clark (Chelsea), Kramer T. Clark (Mckenzie) and Carly E. Hylen (Phillip); and her great grandchildren, Aelin, Elyse, Landon and Rylin.
